Anaya Eley

Student Intern

Anaya Eley is a student intern from Northwestern University pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health. She graduated from James Madison University in 2024 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. Since middle school, Anaya has been passionate about promoting mental health awareness, particularly among children and adolescents, after witnessing the profound impact mental health challenges can have on their well being and development.
Anaya enjoys working with children and adolescents while creating a space where clients feel seen and heard. As she continues her education and clinical training, she is exploring different counseling theories while currently focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Anaya looks forward to supporting individuals with an open mind and a welcoming heart. 

Anaya is seeing adults clients, as of now, but can accept children clients in Fall 2026.
